Jurisdiction: Australia (where your event is hosted)

1. Terms and Conditions Overview

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at https://velvetscenehub.com (the "Site") and all mobile entertainment services, casino-style event experiences, themed setups, and related offerings provided by MAJESTIC MARVEL s.r.o. ("we", "us", or "our").

Our services include, but are not limited to, the provision of professional hosts, gaming tables and props for poker, roulette, blackjack, and similar casino-style games, interactive guest activities, curated entertainment packages, and on-site event coordination (collectively, the "Services"). The Services are strictly for entertainment purposes only and do not involve real-money gambling or wagering.

These Terms apply to all visitors to the Site, prospective and confirmed clients, booking agents, and any individuals who access information or submit enquiries via the Site ("you" or "Client"). Additional conditions contained in specific proposals, quotes, or booking confirmations may also apply to your event and will form part of the agreement between you and MAJESTIC MARVEL s.r.o.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Site, submitting an enquiry through our Booking or Contact Us pages, or confirming a booking for any of our casino-style entertainment experiences, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access the Site, submit an enquiry, or proceed with any booking. Where you are entering into a booking on behalf of a company, organisation, or group, you warrant that you are authorised to agree to these Terms on their behalf and that the entity you represent will be bound by them.

You are responsible for ensuring that all attendees, guests, and participants at your event are made aware of, and comply with, any rules or conditions we reasonably impose in connection with the safe and lawful delivery of the Services.

3. Service Descriptions & Changes

We endeavour to ensure that all descriptions of our Experiences and Packages on the Site accurately reflect the style, quality, and scope of the Services we provide, including references to gaming tables, professional hosts, props, lighting, and entertainment enhancements. However, all images, descriptions, cinematic photography, and illustrative layouts are for representational purposes only. Actual event setups may vary based on venue characteristics, guest numbers, and logistical requirements.

We reserve the right to modify, enhance, suspend, or discontinue any Service, package component, event format, or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. This includes changing pricing, inclusions, add-ons, or availability due to seasonality, staffing, equipment maintenance, or regulatory developments.

Where you have a confirmed booking, any material change that significantly alters the agreed scope of your event will be discussed with you in advance. If a specific feature, host, or piece of equipment becomes unavailable for reasons beyond our reasonable control, we may, at our discretion, substitute an equivalent or higher-value alternative or adjust pricing where appropriate.

4. Booking & Payment Policy

4.1 Booking process

All booking enquiries for our mobile casino-style events must be submitted via our Booking or Contact Us pages, or through direct communication channels confirmed by us in writing. A booking is not confirmed until you have received a formal written confirmation from MAJESTIC MARVEL s.r.o. (which may be by email) and any required deposit has been received in cleared funds.

4.2 Quotes and validity

Quotes issued for specific Experiences or Packages are typically valid for a limited period as indicated on the quote. Prices are subject to change until your booking is confirmed. Quotes may vary depending on event date, duration, location, travel requirements, number of guests, and selected enhancements.

4.3 Deposits

To secure your desired date and Services, a non-refundable deposit is generally required at the time of booking. The applicable deposit amount and payment due date will be stated in your proposal or booking confirmation. If the deposit is not received by the specified date, we may release the date and offer it to other clients.

4.4 Balance payments

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the remaining balance for your event is payable in full no later than the timeframe specified in your booking confirmation (commonly 7–14 days before the event date). We reserve the right to withhold or cancel Services where the balance has not been received by the due date, and any deposit or partial payments already made may be forfeited in accordance with our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

4.5 Payment methods

We will advise the accepted payment methods at the time of booking, which may include bank transfer, approved credit or debit cards, or other electronic payment options commonly used in Australia. You are responsible for any bank charges, currency conversion costs, or payment processing fees associated with your chosen payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

4.6 Taxes and surcharges

All prices will be quoted inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes (such as GST) as clearly indicated on your proposal or invoice. Additional surcharges may apply for public holidays, late-night finishes, regional travel, parking, loading restrictions, or special access arrangements, and will be communicated to you during the booking process where reasonably foreseeable.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

5.1 Client-initiated cancellations

If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing as soon as possible using the contact details provided in your booking confirmation or via the Contact Us page. The effective date of cancellation will be the date on which we receive your written notice.

Because we commit staff, equipment, and logistics in advance, cancellation fees will generally apply. The specific cancellation schedule applicable to your event will be set out in your proposal or booking confirmation and may vary depending on event size, location, and date. In most cases, deposits are non-refundable once paid.

5.2 Changes and rescheduling

Requests to change the date, time, venue, or scope of your event must be submitted in writing. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes, subject to availability and operational constraints. Changes that materially affect the event may be treated as a cancellation and new booking, and revised pricing or fees may apply.

5.3 Cancellations by MAJESTIC MARVEL s.r.o.

In rare circumstances, such as safety concerns, severe weather, venue inaccessibility, staff illness, or unforeseen events beyond our reasonable control, we may need to cancel or reschedule your booking. Where we cancel an event and you do not wish to reschedule, we will provide a refund of amounts paid for Services not delivered, or offer an alternative arrangement by mutual agreement. This refund will constitute your sole and exclusive remedy for such cancellation, subject to applicable consumer laws.

5.4 No-show and late access

If our team arrives at the agreed venue and is unable to commence setup or delivery of the Services due to the venue not being ready, the absence of an authorised contact, or other circumstances within your control, waiting charges or reduced service durations may apply. No refunds will be provided where Services are curtailed or cannot proceed because of late access or issues attributable to the Client.

6. Client Responsibilities

6.1 Venue suitability and access

You are responsible for ensuring that the chosen venue is suitable for the planned casino-style entertainment, including adequate space for tables and equipment, safe electrical supply, loading and access arrangements, and any required permits or approvals. You must provide accurate details of the venue layout, access points, stairs or lifts, parking restrictions, and onsite contacts prior to the event.

6.2 Legal compliance and age restrictions

It is your responsibility to ensure that the event and all activities conducted as part of the Services comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and venue rules. While our Services are for entertainment purposes only and do not involve real-money gambling, we may implement age-related restrictions or identification checks where appropriate or where required by the venue or local regulations.

6.3 Guest conduct and safety

You are responsible for the behaviour and safety of your guests and for maintaining a respectful, safe, and non-abusive environment for our staff and contractors. We reserve the right to stop or modify an activity, remove equipment, or withdraw staff where guest conduct poses a risk to health, safety, property, or public order. No refunds will be issued where Services are curtailed due to inappropriate or unsafe conduct.

6.4 Information accuracy

You must provide complete, current, and accurate information during the enquiry and booking process, including event date, venue, guest numbers, special requirements, and contact details. We rely on this information to design, plan, and deliver your event. We are not responsible for issues arising from incomplete or inaccurate information supplied by you or your representatives.

6.5 Damage and loss

You agree to take reasonable steps to protect our equipment, props, and furnishings from damage, theft, or misuse while they are at your event. Where damage or loss occurs due to negligent or deliberate actions by you, your guests, or your contractors, you may be liable for the reasonable cost of repair or replacement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MAJESTIC MARVEL s.r.o. and its directors, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or opportunity arising from or in connection with your use of the Site or the provision of the Services, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), equity, statute, or otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where our liability cannot be excluded but may be limited, our liability will be limited, at our option, to resupplying the relevant Services or paying the cost of having the Services resupplied.

Subject to the foregoing, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with a specific event or booking will not exceed the total amount paid by you to MAJESTIC MARVEL s.r.o. for the relevant Services.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, copywriting, cinematic photography, event imagery, logos, trademarks, design elements, layout, audio-visual materials, and graphics (collectively, "Content"), is owned by or licensed to MAJESTIC MARVEL s.r.o. and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may view the Site and print or download a single copy of Site pages for your personal reference in connection with considering or arranging an event with us. You must not reproduce, distribute, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, or otherwise exploit any Content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

All concepts, event formats, scripts, show flows, table layouts, and bespoke entertainment solutions we design for your event remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. You must not misrepresent our Services or present our branding, images, or event documentation in a way that suggests an affiliation or endorsement that does not exist.

9. Privacy & Data Usage

We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling personal information responsibly. Our dedicated Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal data submitted through the Site, including information you provide when submitting enquiries, requesting quotes, or confirming bookings.

By using the Site or providing personal information to us, you consent to the collection and use of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws. Personal information may be used for purposes such as responding to enquiries, preparing proposals, managing bookings, coordinating event logistics, processing payments, and sending you relevant updates or promotional information where permitted.

We may retain certain business records and booking details to comply with legal obligations, manage our operations, and improve our Services. You may have rights to access, update, or request deletion of your personal information subject to legal and operational constraints, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
